Sign in with your phone number and the clinic code sent by the clinic. Open the Appointments tab, confirm the clinic-provided personal information, review and sign the consultation consent form, select a date and time, and proceed to payment.
After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a Zoom meeting link in the app. At the scheduled time, tap "Join Meeting" to start your video consultation with Dr. Erdil.
No. The app does not collect medical history, clinical records, or patient photos. It stores account, appointment, payment-reference, notification, and handwritten consent signature data needed to run the consultation booking service.
You can cancel your appointment from the app at any time. Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable.
Go to Profile > Delete Account. This removes your app account and profile, revokes push tokens, deletes the consent signature image, and anonymizes historical appointment records. Payment transaction records are retained in pseudonymized form for 10 years as required by Turkish tax regulations. If you have an active appointment, please cancel it first or contact the clinic.
The app uses phone number, clinic code, and SMS verification instead of a password. If your phone number or clinic code is not accepted, contact the clinic via WhatsApp or email so the clinic can verify your details.
